Hello and welcome to my blog, my name is Yakubu Binuyaminu Adeiza and in this article I will like to show you how to cook Ebira Soup called Epeza (Beans Soup), please do not mistake this beans soup with the traditional Yoruba people’s Gbegiri, this is different, so let the tutorial begin.

What’s Ebira Food or Ebira Soup?

Ebira Foods are foods eaten by the Ebira People of Nigeria (Anebira) popularly eaten in Kogi State in Okene to be precise. Some of the typical foods Ebira People own includes the Apapa (The Major Ebira food) Iya, Uka and Eba/Garri etc.

Native Ebira Soups consists of;

  • Gorigo Soup
  • Oyoyo
  • Epeza (Epe Eza)
  • Ezunchi
  • Ireru. etc
