Ismaila Hafsat Onono, a native of Idare in Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State, has garnered well-deserved accolades as the top graduating student in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science at the esteemed Bayero University Kano (BUK).
Onono achieved an outstanding overall CGPA of 4.61 throughout her studies in the Medical Laboratory Science program.
In an interview with our correspondent, Onono humbly attributed all praise and honor to the Almighty Allah, recognizing Him as the architect of her success.
She stated, “First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to Allah SWT, for without His guidance and blessings, I would not have been able to attain this significant milestone.”
Onono also expressed her aspiration to further her education and make a positive impact in community development by uplifting others.
“Continuing my education is one of my primary goals. Looking ahead, I aim to become an individual who, by the grace of God, can be proud of the achievements I have made thus far, encompassing academics, personal growth, and my commitment to assisting others, no matter how small my contribution may be,” she added.
