
The National Examination Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2023 Senior School Certificate Examination.
According to Prof. Dantani Wushishi, the Registrar of NECO, 61.60% of candidates scored five credits, including English and Mathematics.
Out of the 1,205,888 candidates registered, 1,196,985 sat for the exams, with 616,398 males and 580,587 females.
A total of 737,308 candidates achieved five credits and above, including English and Mathematics, while 1,013,611 candidates, representing 84.68%, obtained five credits irrespective of English and Mathematics.
