President Bola Ahmed Tinubu experienced a slip and fall while approaching a vehicle designated to convey him during the Democracy Day celebration at Eagles Square. The incident occurred shortly after he delivered a nationwide broadcast on Wednesday morning.

Surrounded by members of the Armed Forces and his personal aides, Tinubu, dressed in traditional white agbada and his signature cap, struggled to steady himself by holding onto the vehicle but ultimately fell to the ground while ascending. His aides quickly rushed to help him back to his feet.

Despite the fall, the parade continued as planned. President Tinubu maintained his composure, waving to the crowd as the vehicle moved slowly through Eagles Square.
